NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are mixed on Wall Street with little news to drive trading. Major indexes are headed for a slight weekly loss, their second this month.

The Dow Jones industrial average fell 26 points, or 0.2 percent, to 16,819 as of noon Eastern time Friday.

The Standard & Poor's 500 index fell a fraction to 1,957 and the Nasdaq composite rose eight points, or 0.2 percent, to 4,387.

Five of the 10 industry groups in the S&P 500 index fell and five rose.

DuPont sank 4 percent, the biggest drop among the 30 big companies in the Dow. The company cut its profit forecast late Thursday.

Nike gained 2 percent after reporting earnings that beat analysts' expectations.

Bond prices rose. The yield on the 10-year Treasury note fell to 2.52 percent.
